I agree with noddy10, although they were a brilliant act ( though I've seen better on YouTube ) they should not be allowed to enter if they do not live in Britain. Don't know if they are resident here or not, but we have enough of our own talent to choose from and it is meant to be BRITAINS got talent.

Those that vote don't agree with you do they? Otherwise the Hungarians wouldn't have won......Acts from overseas have always been popular in the theatre, even in the old Variety days.

TV reflects the lowest common denominator, cheap telly, with no need to engage the two brain cells this type of programme viewer has.

before long this will be the only type of programme on TV.....or "the baby sitter for Morons" as it should be called

Your intelligence “BGT viewing theory" holds about as much water as a Rottweiler pissing up a tree....BGT may not be everybody’s cup of tea but accusing those who do enjoy this kind of light-hearted family entertainment as being less intelligent is quite frankly talking a load of dog’s bollocks.

On balance I would say Amanda has looked more stylish than ridiculous whilst a judge on BGT..although on occasions it’s been a hard call

Can't say I agree with you. Yes there is some rubbish on the TV but the AOTH'S and the millions of others who tuned in obviously didn't think that BGT was. Personally for me it was worth it just to see David Waliiams take the p*ss out of Simon Cowell. I think we sometimes look back with rose tinted glasses at the classic Saturday night telly "in our day"....yes Morecombe and Wise were brilliant...but what about drivel like the Generation Game? Nope, I think you are wrong.....BGT was mostly good...I don't give a toss if there were foreigners in it...they enhanced it in my opinion...and I'm sure it brought a few families together on the sofa for a little harmless communal fun.

Well I must admit that I haven’t actually watched BGT. I assumed it was a similar format to the X Factor which I haven’t watched for many years.. Firstly I think it rather sad these days that so many people are desperate for fame. Secondly I think Simon Cowell is a vain, avaricious human being whose only interest is lining his own pockets. Thirdly I felt the comments (on the X factor) from the so called judges particularly Simon Cowell which humiliated people for the amusement of viewers has probably influenced an entire generation and may well have exacerbated the type of bullying children suffer from these days. If BGT is not the same then I stand corrected. However this type of talent show is definitely for the less discerning viewer in my opinion.

Some of those that must only have only one brain cell then, have done quite well with it. My husband managed 6 A levels and 3 degrees with his!
