Is it really you, or someone impersonating you?
Should be fun, either way!
If it is you, hello

Hi Derek and welcome from me too....
Do you want to take over the Bon Voyages...? I am sure you will do a better job than me. I am just about to do the next batch.

I do hope it is the genuine Monocled Mutineer as all forums need characters to bring interesting and sometimes outlandish opinions to be debated. Dark Knight has done an excellent job of keeping debates lively but probably is in need of a break after his move 'oop north'.Gill W wrote:Is it really you, or someone impersonating you?

Good to hear from you, M.M. and I hope everything goes well with you and yours. If you have been keeping in touch, you will have seen that there is still the occasional opinionated lightweight around but by and large it is pretty civilised.
Oh, and lots of smileys to choose from.

Oh my God what a coincidence! Only this afternoon I have been trawling the charity shops of Shanklin to find clothing for a clown outfit for my little boy's cubs sleepover
Ey up Degsy, where have you been dear?

Hmmmm??
I don't think it's him.
He's been registered four and a half hours and he hasn't posted about smokers, children on cruise ships, dress codes or sailing out of Liverpool yet.

Welcome onboard Derek, glad to see you here. Where have you been? Your absence has been mentioned several times that I know of but
cannot recall any derogatory responses,
I have been absent for a while as we have just bought a house and busy decorating but have been spurred on to post a response after hearing
from Kaymar via pm.
I will be back to normal once we move end of July and with full broadband - yippee
But look forward to some interesting banter with DK's return.

If it was him, he'd have been straight into a dress code thread, as quick as a rat up a drainpipe, with one of his copy and paste replies.Admiral of the Humber wrote:Hmmmm??

Glad to see you've found us at last MM
I shall look forward to you transferring some of your excellent reviews over here, could you make your first one the QM2 transatlantic as a friend is doing it in a few weeks and whilst I've been on QM2 I couldn't describe it anywhere near as well as you did

All we need now is the return of Jaczs, Debs and lulucat, plus a few more appearances from my mate Stephen and we’ll all be one big happy family again.
In the mean time welcome back onboard Mr Kane I for one have missed you’re on line tutorials
Regards
Keith
