Apparently one of the Aussie DJs responsible for the hoax royal phone call that resulted in a nurse taking her own life is suing the radio station "for failing to provide her a safe workplace". The story doesn't make it clear if that relates to the phone call or not .. but if it does, it is a bit 'sick'.

I think it must be related to the stupid stunt: she's been "off sick" since the nurse's death, so it can't relate to an "industrial accident" at the workplace since; and if it related to an incident before the call was made, she would have taken legal action before now. As she brought the radio station into disrepute through her, and her colleague's, actions, I should have thought termination of employment would have been the more appropriate response.
