email contact for P&O

Unread post by Ray Scully »

We are ready to book our Nov trip to the Caribbean. However I am alarmed at what appears to becoming the wide scale practice of half day port stays. Has anyone a contact email for someone at P&O who could let me have a definitive answer as to what the situation will be on the Caribbean fly cruises?

BTW I would not be surprised if someone who has experienced the short port stays decides to contest this in court. It would appear to a simple mind such as mine a case of breach of contract.

It cannot surely be a breach of contract if you knew about it and then, even in spite of that knowledge, still proceded to place your booking ... doh

ps ... a simple minded person like myself would switch to Princess or Celebrity :relaxed:

Moby

From what is being posted on other sites it appears that the punters were unaware of the changes even after paying the final account.

I have not read all the "small print" but I bet that somewhere in there that there will be a suitably worded get-out clause.

Going back to the original question.

P&O seem somewhat reluctant to give out email addresses - the only ones I know of (apart from the ships) are:

reservations@pocruises.com - which is where general enquiries are sent and then forwarded on
community@pocruises.com - the "old" Community Admin who seem to be picking up all the pieces on FB (and then forwarding them on)

All communications are usually made through reservations@pocruises.com through which it will be forwarded to the appropriate recipient.

Ray,

That is a different matter of course.

Pax on this site have been receiving e-mails re changes to Port timings, little comfort but given that P&O do not even guarantee to enter the Port I fail to see how they could be screwed for a few bob by leaving early.

The problem for me is that they are doing it at all, in your situation I would take my money elsewhere rather than trying to tie them down to something that they will wriggle out of at a later date.
