Balearics in October?

We are thinking of a quick extra week away in mid October and since we only want a short flight, the Balearics seem a likely possibility. We haven't holidayed in Europe for a long time, so not sure about temperatures. I know day time temperatures will be fine - assuming evenings may be cool - but will pools/ sea be warm enough for swimming? If not we might have to venture further afield, but that makes for a much more expensive flight, as we'll then have to upgrade.

Anyone that goes/ has been that can advise please?

It'll be in the low 20s during the daytime but half that at night ... the chance of rainfall however is relatively high so if you are planning a wall to wall lay about type of holiday then go further South.

We used to holiday in Mallorca in September / October temps usually around the 21 mark nights are chilly but ok for a stroll with extra layer on
But as said it can rain a bit.
We always enjoyed that time of year less tourist about hotel staff have more time to serve

We used to holiday the first week in October, year after year in Ibiza. I can't remember having any bas weather. However the locals would tell us that the good weather would break about the middle of the month.
