Case Couriers

Hi,

As we are going on a longer cruise than normal next year I have been looking at companies that take and return your cases to the cruise ship for you.

Has anyone used any of these companies and if so have they been reliable?

Not used them myself but the P&O "partner" (The Baggage Handling Company) has in the past had some excellent reports. Bags picked up/delivered as and when promised.

We've used one, White Star.

Very prompt, very good - quite reliable. We just made sure that stuff which was likely to crease badly travelled with us and wasn't sent on in advance.

We have used The Baggage Handling Company and found them to be very good especially last year when my husband was taken ill on return to Southampton.
They liaised with P & O to have our main luggage picked up for homeward journey and our hand/overnight luggage delivered to the hotel we were staying at after husband seen to in A & E.

We have used Baggage Handling Co. a number of times. They pick up and return on the day and time they say say they will. Always found them very reliable. In fact, cases for J310 picked up this morning, as promised. Formal wear we take ourselves so it's not in cases too long.
