That's the place. Run by the Cranfield Institute of Technology when I was there in the late 80s. First time, the accommodation was so bad, our CO ordered us into the Barrington Arms for three weeks. Second time, the army insisted we stay in the barracks. Third time, they put us in an empty married quarter. Last time, I was accommodated in the White Hart(?) in Highworth.
