One recalls the medieval practise of the Ducking Stool.
Targeted at the "wise women" she was innocent if she drowned and would be burnt at the stake following her dunking if she didn't

Hi Darknight,
It's only my opinion, but I don't think that the word 'pathetic' applies to you; it could apply to this thread maybe.

Who would I feel obliged to throw overboard? I honestly don't know. I depends if their real life persona is the same as the one they project on this forum.

NSAM - and that's another good reason for voting for yourself ....... people don't necessarily behave on holiday (or on a forum for that matter) as they would do in their everyday or private lives. I suppose the same can be said for how people portray themselves too

Yes you can vote more than once. My husband annoyed me yesterday and I went back to the 'annoying people' people thread and voted for HIM. It made me feel a little better. Now I'm feeling guiltyManoverboard wrote:I think you can have a number of votes ..... or maybe not ?

It wasn't a popularity thing, it was a bit of fun with no hidden agenda. Chesterfield John, you are a good sport. Shiny, people like yourself, that nobody would want to throw overboard weren't included just because nobody would want to throw you overboard, even me and you're a little sod to me on LOTP

Silver Shiney:
Shio:
We've all been misled by the OP.
Shio is a Japanese restaurant in Portsmouth.
Presumably they have a large water feature for people to dunk those who annoy them into.

Much worse to be totally forgettable than massively unpopular, at least those on the list know they exist.Silver_Shiney wrote:at least you were popular enough to be included on the list....Admiral of the Humber wrote:I am heartbroken...I am as unpopular as the mods....
