It may have some issues but it is by no means the "worst web site in the Universe" - there are plenty of other sites out there that can challenge for that title

Sorry david63 maybe I should have worded it different. If P&O produced beer it would probably be the worst beer in the universe. :sarcasm: Seriously though for a web site that is very important to an awful lot of us it is extremely unreliable. There are ways to get around these problems but IMO you should not have to.   8-)

The bigger puzzle is that the Princess site works ....pre cruise emails and cruise personaliser works well and both companies are owned by Carnival...why is the P&O site not as good puzzled. . Com

I cannot get into the site to book 3 trips we wanted to do. It's not my equipment as I have tried on the main computer, laptop and netbook. Can't get in through cruise personaliser or entering my booking ref. Can't be bothered anymore and p&o have just lost out on me spending nearly £500 as we will now DIY.

This may be a similar problem to one we have discussed before. You may need to set your browser to 'compatibility mode'

It is set at that. I could get on last week so not sure why I can't now.

Nope not phoning them at a cost to me when P&O want you to do everything on line. It's their loss.
