Whether it's a cruise or a land restuarant, the amount of people that may not be dressed in line with a suggested dress code is minimal. They may have many different reasons for this - and it might not be an 'up yours I'll dress as I like' reason either. It could be for comfort, health, or a missing suitcase, for example.
What I don't understand, is why this miniscule minority affects some people so much.
Wouldn't if be best to get on with enjoying your cruise/meal,and not dwell on a tiny percentage of people who aren't wearing clothes that strictly conform to the dress code?
