Hubby is Ken and I am Mo, short for Maureen. I used Kenmo on PO site and just added 1 to make it suitable for this great site. Everything has to be easy to remember nowadays - the memory is rubbish nowadays.

Re: How did you choose your Screen Name
On the P & O site I had a pirate teddy photo who is called jacksparrow, so I used him as my name.... Trouble is I cant get his photo to fit on here hence the cartoon one. When I have time I will try and get teddy back on the site as he feels neglected now...

Re: How did you choose your Screen Name
It is often stated that using a "screen name" is hiding behind something. I happen to think it is far better to have a screen name that open yourself up to security risks by stating your full name. Why do people need to know your name anyway?

I agree John, and on one cruise I went to a forum meeting on the ship and I never actually told anyone my proper name there either... they just called me Jack. I only told those whom I wanted to know what my proper name was.....

Re: How did you choose your Screen Name
My user name is slightly different than the one on P&O's site, that was Karrob, my name Karen and my husbands Robert shortened. Ihad to think quick and that was the only thing that came to mind, so this time I just used KarenandBob, so people can call me Karen if they like.

My name is Katharine, I have green eyes and I also have a beautiful green eyed cat, so it seemed a good choice.

Re: How did you choose your Screen Name
Many years ago I was requested to write a very small column in the now defunct Bournemouth Times
It was well received and I took over the feature in the series
My logo was "The Cerne Giant" and I have an real affection for the dear old chap
Hence my avatar
How nice is that, still do the odd rambles in Dorset Magazines even made it on local radio/TV stations
Lubboo all

Re: How did you choose your Screen Name
Originally it was DarkNight, so as not to get confised with another DK
but as MM is not present I took the opportunity to correct the oversight, hence Dark Knight, which as many have pointed dout is one of the names for The Batman, hence the Avatar and my love of Superheroe comics, which I collec, theses days we grown ups call them Graphic novels
As AOTH will no doubt chip in "you wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night" oh how we laughed
