Have you not written to P&O to tell them how it 'ruined' your cruise

Apparently they are now only dishing them out when you rise to the next tier. Makes sense - if they still feel the need to have them at all.

I have never had a lapel pin even offered, although we have been on three cruises since they were introduced!
