Who's been sitting in my chair?
Living in an older type property circa 1889 it’s not unusual for us to get the odd garden visitor but you would be astonished to know what was sitting on our sofa this morning.
A box of keefy chocolates for the person who can guess what it was...have a guess and I’ll tell you the winner later.
Regards
OL

Re: Who's been sitting in my chair?
If it's done a lot of damage, it could have been a squirrel.
My wife has this thing about conkers placed in the corner of a room, keeps spiders at bay, so we have 2/3 conkers, place in a corner of our dining room and lounge, they have been there since last year so are rock hard.
The other night, she was up in the middle of the night, sitting in the lounge reading, as she could not sleep, when suddenly she heard a noise, on the tiled floor between the dining room and the kitchen.
When she turned round and looked, suddenly a conker rolled into the kitchen, followed a short time later by a mouse, who had rolled the conker all the way from the dining room to our kitchen.
When she got up, the mouse ran behind the fridge freezer, we have not seen it since and there is no evidence, mouse droppings etc, that it is still around.
I think she found it a bit scary suddenly to see this conker roll into the kitchen all on its own.

Has anyone suggested a rat? Sorry, I see that they have.
Alternatively a sparrowhawk or an owl?
