Re: What sound?
Me too, left ear only. It gets louder when I tense the erector muscles in the back of my neck. I know what causes it but it will never go away. It got a lot worse after going to a couple of the shows in Aurora last Christmas, they were dangerously loud but nobody was interested. I just tell myself it's God's way of covering up my wife's snoring. It's annoying but it's not going to kill me so I try not to mention it. Not too often anywayStephen wrote:I have a constant sound I wish I didn't have....tinnitus. Still, musn't grumble.............but I will

Re: What sound?
Sorry to be boring; the sound of morse code is very nostalgic for me. Really I love music, and a choir singing Parry's 'I was glad', or 'Blest pair of sirens' is a nice sound.
The sound of waves breaking on rocks, accompanied by the smell of the sea and seaweed, with a warm sun on my face...now that is bliss, and sitting next to the Royal Yacht Squadron at Cowes preferably.

Re: What sound?
Mine would have to be the yawn from a 2 week old (or so) puppy, knowing that there would be 7 more yawns to follow
Time to get some work done.
Then after a couple of hours, the most delightful squeak from one, knowing full well that it would be followed by the other 7 and mayhem would begin

Re: What sound?
I've got a new sound - and it's absolutely top of my list. I've just received a soundclip recording (through Whatsapp on my phone) of my (hopefully) grandchild's heartbeat!
Yes, I've played it and played it, and rung several people and played it to them to - I'm going to bore everyone rigid with it - I LOVE IT!

Hi Em,
That’s got to be the best sound ever....I’ll look forward to the time when I can get the same.
I’m going to have a word with my mate Robbie and ask if you can be awarded the bestestever sound award?
:
Happy days
Regards
Keith
