Why not employ your friendly local Window Cleaner ?

Probably much cheaper with no effort on you part

The last window cleaner we had couldn't do the upstairs windows. H&S reasons.!! He started using a long brush on a hose pipe which cleaned them ok but by the time they dried they were all smears.

My karcher came earlier this morning - OMG it's FANTASTIC! I charged it up and have already cleaned everything within sight indoors and would have done outdoors too but for the torrential rain!

Thank you all so much for recommending ths wonder. It's soooo much easier than any other method and after three cleans,will be cheaper than a window cleaner

You may know this, as it has been mentioned on here, but there is a smaller blade available. I find it great for some of the opening lights. Plus, it is lighter.

I can recommend the smaller blade too - it is just the right width for the doors on the showers and as Jean says it is lighter to handle - going to use mine this afternoon to clean the bathrooms after my visitors.

I think this is the only tool I've bought that I can truly say it "does what it says on the tin"

I've had mine for a couple of weeks, but because I've been really busy, have just tried it out this morning for the first time. It's brilliant. No smears!! I don't think my windows have been this clean since they were first put in. How sad am I to find this so exciting!

We just have large glass panels on our walk-in showers and it cleans/ dies both them and the tiles in seconds.

I have been doing a lot of painting these past few weeks and the frosty mornings have resulted in higher than normal levels of condensation ... guess what ... it laps it up and with very little effort at all on my part.

We've just bought a steam cleaner - not a Karcher one, and it makes doing the windows so easy it's beyond belief. I have to agree, it's a lovely little invention.
