Re: For all you Strictly Fans ....
I always use the 'digital spy' forum for SCD. The forum there has a spoiler thread and the result is always posted around 10.30 on the Saturday night. Saves watching the results show which seems such a farce, I much preferred it when the results were on the same night. Guess it's all about ratings rather than suiting the viewers.

Did anyone think Fiona was quite happy to be going? Anton looked so suave in his uniform!! Mark did do better, in fact he did the best he has ever done. Presumably it will be his turn next week?

I missed the results show so am quite surprised Fiona has gone
Saturday wasn't her best performance but she is certainly the better dancer of the two, I guess it's all about .. getting it right on the night

Re: For all you Strictly Fans ....
I thought Fiona and Mark both danced well. We were hard pushed to tell who would go between the two.
I think Ashley Taylor is the dark horse among them.
A theft from up't North David.......I doooon't beliiiiive it.

Anyone watching Strictly - I actually felt sorry for Sir Bruce - he's just made the most almighty mess of reading the autocue - please please BBC retire him - I just can't watch anymore

Just watched it - I'm disgusted. How can Mark have possibly scored higher than Ben?

Bruce is getting worse.
Who is going tonight? No one was at her/his best today. I think they all built themselves up to Blackpool and this week was a bit flat for them. I am getting fed up with Natalie now. She doesn't do it for me any more.

Re: For all you Strictly Fans ....
Absolutley! The judges are becoming a laughing stock with their inconsistency. The show is surely not about them as personalities, but they seem to be performing to a script? Bruno the clown, Craig more camp every week, and bitchy with it, Darcy who knows, and Len should go pickle his walnuts. I think they marked Sophie down because Brendan is such a good choreographer and there is bitchiness between them about that. We were amazed at Susannah's cha cha, and the mark the judges gave her was pathetic. Natalie's dance was no better than Sophies as far as we could see, they have just decided she is the best and are trying to make sure she is in the final.Cockers43 wrote:Just watched it - I'm disgusted. I can't believe they persist with him. If a younger presenter was as incompetent, then he would have been shown the door by now. But because Brucie is a favourite he is allowed to be as bad as he is.jay-ell71 wrote:Bruce is getting worse.

I’m not a fan of past their sell by date presenters, performers etc, but I’m willing to make an exception for our Brucie. He’s not kidding anyone, least of all himself about how long he has left of his exceptional showbiz career... I’m happy for him to bow out in his own good time....
The Strawberry in the ear Joke made me laugh...Good on ya Brucie
I didn’t think there were any standout performances tonight....Ben and Mark for the dance off?

The judges have never liked Brendan, because he answers them back.Dancing Queen wrote:I thought Sophie danced very well tonight, for some reason the judges seem to have a bit of a downer on herDark Knight wrote:is it just me or is Sophie a bit wooden and too cool![]()

I thought Sophie's dance was very good and beautifully performed but Brucie has to go. He is an embarrassment and is just well past his sell by date. I also wish they would show the contestants in training rather than some of these silly little scenarios they like to pad the programme out with.
Ola was superb!!! ................... and that chap she is dancing with!!

Absolutely Foxy... they are cringeworthy in how they are stage-managed and scripted! Unecessary guff IMO.oldbluefox wrote:I thought Sophie's dance was very good and beautifully performed but Brucie has to go. He is an embarrassment and is just well past his sell by date. The most successful joke that Brucie pulls off is the one he's playing on the BBC...the fact that he's being paid to be so bad!

I honestly thought he was actually having a stroke at one stage last night and was quite certain medics would rush on stage and cart him off!
He REALLY needs to go now.

P'raps he's hoping to be the first "comedian" to ACTUALLY die whilst performing?GillD46 wrote:I honestly thought he was actually having a stroke at one stage last night and was quite certain medics would rush on stage and cart him off!

No he wouldn't - Tommy Cooper died on stage in 1984 (probably before your timeRomig1 wrote:P'raps he's hoping to be the first "comedian" to ACTUALLY die whilst performing?
