HAPPY DECEMBER EVE
Good morning Fellow Forumeers,
It's December tomorrow and Christmas is almost upon us. I'm playing golf this morning then this afternoon I'm putting the finishing touches to my outside lights ready for the big switch on on Monday...Miss AOTH's birthday.
I can't believe that the year is almost over or that Miss AOTH is 17 on Monday.
HO HO HO
Have a lovely weekend one and all....even you Soiled Nightie.
Regards
Rob aka AOTH

Re: HAPPY DECEMBER EVE
Well birthday congrats etc - and Rob ....... might you be posting an 'intimate guide to the hedgerows and byeways of the local area' when you start the driving lessons!
If you get to the shops - don't forget to get plenty of hair colourant to hide the grey hairs which sometimes start with driving lessons!
And for the December eve wishes bit - well good luck to everyone for a really great December. My first week is going to be demanding, momentous and hectic - and then I shall retire to the relaxation place and just drift away.
All the very best - Em

Re: HAPPY DECEMBER EVE
Lights up already, are you mad
We saw someone this morning on our walking travels putting up their outside lights. I said 'you're keen', and got a polite yeah and a smile. But then noticed on the return trip that someone else had beaten him to it.

The Christmas tree is going up tomorrow and Paul's ridiculous moustache is coming off! I wish miss AOTH a wonderful 17th birthday.

Happy Birthday to the D Daughter! Hope she has a lovely day.
it is our D D's birthday on 2nd too.
She will be 46, and so we don't have to buy her a car or do driving lessons, we did that a long time ago.
it is our D D's birthday on 2nd too.

Our tree, lights and decs will go up 2 weeks before Christmas Day, give or take a day.
And another thing, if that Tiny Tim thinks he's coming round ours for Christmas dinner this year he's got another think coming.

Hiya Robbie,
Been very busy these past few days trying to bring some light into our lives.... (Main electricity ring has gone down) Extension cables everywhere but should have it sorted by the weekend, just awaiting quotes.
Hey! But not too busy to send our very best Birthday wishes to your beautiful young daughter.
Happy Birthday J

Good Morning my fellow Forumeers,

Re: HAPPY DECEMBER EVE
Good morning, goodly peoples and peoplesses. Seven more working days for me and then I'm off until the New Year. I believe our decorations are going up next weekend but, apart from a wreath, there won't be anything outside the house. Apparently, there's a road in the next village that's so garishly decorated it could be a health hazard to those prone to epilepsy

Re: HAPPY DECEMBER EVE
I played golf down by the River Avon today, lovely and still, just the sound of the water rippling against the bank and in the reeds. That and that lovely swish and crack of club and ball. A few pars, and a lovely sense of wellbeing during and after the game.
Its going to blow a hoolie again tomorrow they say.
