Hi Alan,
The best time to eat crackling is after you’ve just had your fillings done then you can go back and ask your dentist to do the job properly or ask for your money back.

Re: A bridge too far?
Anyone had a tooth implant done recently as come Monday I may be needing one myself. Woke up this morning to find the bridge I had replaced "last week" has come out again but this time has snapped the retaining tooth. Not sure if it can be replaced but as their isn’t much tooth to stick it too I’m starting to think the worst (sorry Jonty) I’ve been searching the internet trying to get an idea of how much its likely cost but with no definitive answers.
It certainly isn’t no laughing matter...well not for me it isn’t.
Regards
OL

Oh you are having a run of bad luck aren't you. I can't help you regarding the tooth implant as I've never had one. I'm absolutely terrified of dentists. We have a lovely dentist he couldn't be nicer and he knows I'm a scaredy cat. Last visit I only had a scrape and polish and my legs could hardly hold me up they were shaking so much. So I have a lot of sympathy for youOnelife wrote:Anyone had a tooth implant done recently as come Monday I may be needing one myself. I'll do it for a couple of hundred!!!
Hope you manage to get it sorted without too much pain either on your tooth or in your pocket. It probably won't be as bad as you imagine.

I was taught to be cautious

Srely if the dentist had done a good job on the bridge, this would not have happened?
