It's the doctors surgery that is giving me pain rather than curing it!
It's not even the doctors - its the people they employ who think their doctors are gods to be worshipped rather than well paid people employed to provide a service to the public.



There is an interesting law on that one ... it is usually included in the T&C of the parking. While it is not illegal to pass a ticket to someone it is, in many car parks, illegal for the person to then use that ticket. Why?
