We watched the whole thing tonight, glad she won, deserved from what I've seen.
How great they did it in one night, wish they'd have just the one show every week instead of the farce results show on a Sunday.

Just the result we had hoped for. Lovely programme tonight. All the girls were brilliant on the night, but Abbey has been delightful throughout. Good job Aljaz, well done.
Happy Christmas all you Strictly fans.

If I wake up in the morning and read a load of gobbledegook it will be because I’ve had too much black stump.
Well I’m delighted for Abby she had the whole package but can’t help feeling sorry for Natalie, she was the best dancer by a long score.
Night night

Great final, all danced well, but so glad Abby won.. She has become such a great dancer and such a nice person and I must be honest, when I heard she was on I had my doubts... lesson learnt - never EVER pre-judge

The AOTH clan watched the final on TV last night and were nearly as pleased as Abby that she had won. It is a lovely show, perfect family entertainment.

Well done Abbey, although I wanted Natalie to win. Glad it wasn't Suzanna though.
I think the band and singers are also winners. They are brilliant

We'll done Abbey, think she has come the furthest in this competition. Natalie was a great Dancer before the show started and was therefore one of the favourites from the beginning.
Glad to see somebody winning, who has progressed throughout the show and has gone from being a very good dancer, to a worthy winner.

From the look on Susanna's face she thought it was "in the bag"
- oh what a shame

Well done Abby, you were my favourite from day one - maybe for the wrong reasons to start off with.
I see Artem's dumped Kara now but for what reason? (Really). It must be hard for these dancers spending time together in close proximity. (No pun intended.)
Nostalgia ain't what it used to be.

I wonder if I made myself available Aliona would dump whoever she's with
. Second thoughts, scrap that idea. I don't fancy waking up next to the good lady with my nuts as earing's

Any of the last 4 girls would have made a worthy winner, they were all good but glad Abby won , she seems a lovely girl. Natalie was probably the best technically but didn't always come across as quite so nice, and she had already had dance training.

Well of course Natalie should have won, because she was the best dancer.
However Abby was good and thank goodness Susanna didn't win because my husband said he was leaving if she did. Apparently he wouldn't have been able to cope with my reaction if she had.

Re: For all you Strictly Fans ....
I didn't watch it, because the University Choir were doing the Messiah, but Sue stayed at home and she was happy that Abby won. Like many on here I went off Susannah as time went on, and Natalie, while obviously a good dancer had an advantage from the beginning because she is a dancer anyway. My favourite was hobbled by the judges not liking her partner, becaue he dares to challenge their increasingly bizarre behaviour. Never mind Sophie you are obviously a classy lady.

Fellow contestants knives are out for Susannah in todays torygraph, maybe other papers too. Most of you summed her up pretty quickly. Not the voting public!

Re: For all you Strictly Fans ....
I used to be a great Susanna fan on Breakfast TV but whilst very attractive, over time she has come across as very insincere, rather precious and full of herself. This really blossomed in Strictly to the point I found her quite nauseating and if she had mentioned her three kids one more time I would have screamed. The BBC PR machine didn't help either.
