Hi Keith

It is your little 'spats' with Dark Knight which brighten up my evenings - there is such rubbish on TV and that is when I get bored and think of food. Keep up the entertaining posts you two (and Stephen).

Maureen

I thought the men were supposed to club the women in that part of the world?

Reading this lot; I am losing the will to live, never mind lose weight! :)

Don't encourage him Maureen, we don't want his head matching his waist line

The Bletchley Circle last night looked good Maureen, except that for me, sitting around watching it doesn't help the weight loss.

I too am encouraged by Dark Nightie/One Life's repartee, especially when they talk about 48" waist lines

I know the dark one takes a large size in t-shirts, so he's a bit of a chubster himself. :sarcasm:

dear blubbers
I have a 33 inch waist and a 44 inch chest, which makes me an Adonis, compared to the rotund chubsters on here, hence the size L tee shirts
given that some of you have a waist size bigger than my chest, you must resemble Humpty Dumpty before his fall
so take heart porkers, one day....in the very distant future, you too may have the body you crave, whilst I already have it
so keep eating the lettuce

Keith, if occupancy of DK's second-hand body is the ultimate goal, I quit :sarcasm:

Don’t you worry Alan, keefy’s back to kick a*se...although I try and use that term “a*se” sparingly when Stephen is around...well you wouldn’t want to get him to excited else he’ll be donning on the same PVC that he was wearing in his video...btw if anyone is of the same persuasion as stevelovesleather.com... He’s looking for a new dance partner!!

I see the "runner bean" has been sprouting, sorry I meant spouting again. As for his 33inch waist and 44inch chest then we’re practically the same size, as for our inside leg measurements I’ll leave it to you to work out who's the biggest plonker

Thinking about it, perhaps you better keep that opinion to yourselves

I’ve enjoyed a gastronomic delight for lunch today...I bought myself a ring of Burry Black Pudding, which I sliced then lightly fried upon which I placed a poached egg ...went down a treat
Chicken hotpot tonight and yes I’m still on track to lift the coveted celery stick this coming Sunday.

Stay strong pinchers!!

Regards

Keith

Bury black pudding? hardly diet food wobbler

btw given it's been a while since you saw your feet, your plonker must be a distant memory

hmm, I might find myself on an enforced diet come Thursday. I'm under scrutiny for high blood pressure and I've just been told the doctor wants to see me about the results of a blood test....

Hi Alan,

Thankfully high blood pressure is one of those conditions that can often be well controled with the right medication so l'm sure yoor doctor will soon have it under control. As for your blood results l hope Thursday brings better news than what you are understandably expecting to hear.

Best of luck Alan.
