Did any other shipmate catch the clip played on Talk Sport . . . . A Man U supporter dialled 999 demanding to be connected to Sir Alex Ferguson

The operator patiently explained that the 999 line was dedicated to emergency calls only

It is obvious what his next sentence was

The Foxes are flying !!!!!

I think they are looking certs for promotion. Who with them?

Laugh my head off if QPR blow it with their wage bill.

It's looking good for us and the good thing is they are playing attractive football. They really are on song now but there's still a long way to go and we've not really had a dip in form.
I imagine quite a few will have a wry smile if QPR fail to go up when they have ignored FFP. With a team like theirs they should have walked the league but then, Sven spent mega bucks and what a disaster he was.

For a while you were winning Romig........................... Then it all went belly up. Never play a team which has just lost its manager.

...or hasn't lost it's manager? Reports coming from the Dirty Club, that McDermott wasn't actually sacked! Funny that.... I would have thought that a phone call from a lawyer telling you that you are sacked is fairly unambiguous?

The result may have been a joke on Town today, but the overall joke lies with the Dirty Team...what a shambles!

...and how they will be able to argue that a fella who has been convicted for fraud TWICE in Italy is a "fit and proper person" to own the club will be amusing to watch.... I expect his son to be placed as a puppet in his place, in order to circumvent the rules.

Oh yes. Town may have got a spanking today, but I'm still sat here smugly, given our ownership and forward thinking board.

Not the most pleasant place to go. They don't exactly put out the welcome mat, not even to their manager. Surprised they haven't brought Bates back.

Have you seen what's happening at Blackpool? I feel quite sorry for their supporters. No investment in the team, no manager and a team full of short term loanees.

Good win for the foxes. Surely they won't blow it now.

As for Arsenal our new signing who was brought in to cover midfield injuries and suspensions is.....injured and could miss half a dozen games.

Big chance this year to win something and we needed a bit of pace up front to help Giroud. Ah well.

MOB
Not really sure. He played a couple of carling cup games and I think he has come on in the last minute in a couple of league games.
Other than that he has only been a bench warmer.
Not much help but Wenger/our scouts must have seen something and I hope he does well for you.

Cheers Foxy !

I think we've turned the corner now. We were very comfortable at 3-0 and with a game Tuesday, Peter Taylor made a triple sub using youngsters, to see the game out :o

Nearly backfired but we saw it through

Lucky Foxes yesterday, if my friends reports are correct OBF. Two good football playing sides and they only managed one goal, a shame for the fans. I expect you are happy though.

It just crossed my mind that you might come down for the match. If you ever consider it drop me a PM.

It's Saturday ...

2:0 up to Watford and we were forced into a draw at 90+4 by an ex Hornet called Danny Drinkwater, those Foxes were lucky today, oh yes

Foxy will tell you his forecast for this game shortly ... or not

Entertained the Hornets today. We were just toying with them really. Our manager got Manager of the Month (which is something of a poisoned chalice) and we gave them a 2 goal lead. Although they packed their defence we waited until the 94th minute before scoring our equaliser. Nothing like a grand finale!!!

It took our stewards all evening to clear spagetti off the pitch when they'd gone!!!

Menawhile happy days for Romig and Barney but I see Frank's lot had another day off. They don't seem keen on playing in the rain!!
We'll not mention RB's lot!!

Went to the game today and must have brought them a bit of luck. Wigan put us under a lot of pressure in the early stages of the 2nd half but gradually we started to play better and got our reward, but probably were not the best side.
That's a double for Huddersfield over Wigan this weekend, so a lot of happy sporting bunnies.
