It has been announced that Shirley Temple has died.

Its quite hard imagining Shirley Temple as anything other than a little girl let alone a lady of 85....sad to hear of her passing but she will have had many happy memories to look back on over her long and hopfully happy life.

I agree with Onelife did she make any films as an adult? I just remember seeing that film where she sang 'On the good ship lollipop'. I saw it on the television I hasten to add not in the cinema. RIP Shirley.

Shirley Temple retired from acting aged 20, believe after her second marriage was known as Shirley Temple Black and had a successful career as a diplomat and ambassador. Only really remember her as a titch, brings it home yet again.
