Galaxy Tab 3 (10.1) Help!!!
Hi
I don't know if it is something l have done but for the past 4 days l havn't been able to upload any of my emails. I did get a message saying "sync disabled" (can't find the message now) but would any of you know where l go to turn it back on. I've been into settings/accounts and tried a few things but to no avail.
If anyone has any suggestions l would be very grateful...
Thank you
Keith

Thanks Jo
I can always rely on you to bring a smile to my face
Don't be surprised if i've put on three pounds by the end of the week...I always tuck into chocolate when I'm frustrated
Regards

Keith, My galaxy tablet is a different size but I imagine it should follow the same system, so try the following and see if it works.
Settings/e-mail/accounts, your e-mail account should be listed under accounts, click on this and ensure Sync e-mail is ticked.

Hi John,
Thanks... The problem has now been rectified having just talked it through with a young lady from Samsung.
I’m still not sure what happened but I’ve had to register my email account again. But thank you for taking the time to post.
Kind regards
Keith
