Galaxy Tab 3 (10.1) Help!!!

Hi

I don't know if it is something l have done but for the past 4 days l havn't been able to upload any of my emails. I did get a message saying "sync disabled" (can't find the message now) but would any of you know where l go to turn it back on. I've been into settings/accounts and tried a few things but to no avail.

If anyone has any suggestions l would be very grateful...

Don't be surprised if i've put on three pounds by the end of the week...I always tuck into chocolate when I'm frustrated :cry:

Keith, My galaxy tablet is a different size but I imagine it should follow the same system, so try the following and see if it works.
Settings/e-mail/accounts, your e-mail account should be listed under accounts, click on this and ensure Sync e-mail is ticked.

Hi John,

Thanks... The problem has now been rectified having just talked it through with a young lady from Samsung.

I’m still not sure what happened but I’ve had to register my email account again. But thank you for taking the time to post. :thumbup:
