Undercover Boss (NCL)
Did anybody else see the 'Undercover Boss' episode where the CEO of NCL (Kevin Sheehan) worked behind the scenes for a week. Amazingly as soon as he walked past one of the waiters he was recognised immediately ... but not by anybody else. While I thought he came across well I don't thiink he saw the true side of working behind the scenes, for a start his cabin did not look like crew quarters.
I think it is a good idea for directors etc. of companies to work behind the scenes, but do not think 1 week is enough. Maybe a 6 month stint would be better,

I saw something a while ago, not sure if it was this but agree someone would have to spend much longer than it week behind the scenes to know what it is really like.
It's a bit like when Carole Marlow sails on a ship for a few days and reports back everything is wonderful
no doubt she sees and hears what she wants to.

Don't the staff ever wonder why this "unknown" bloke is being followed around by a huge film crew?- slightly gives the game away does it not?

They always have a cover story usually involving some sort of reality filming.
What amazes me more is the personal info some give out when a camera is about
