That's exactly what I used to say to my son's FIL. Mike Harding, in his days as a stand-up comedian, used to do a great skit on American words.

. . . . at eighty she is still a cracker, and I love every millimetre of her "good body"
How sad is that

Not a lot of folk know this
Graham was once a classic Dorset name, loosely meant Giant, the locals use to refer to the famed Cerne Giant as a Graham
If a man has an erect Graham - maidens beware
OK before the clever clogs take over
Yes I am a big "d**k"
Lubooo all

Re: Judging people by their names
Well, my granddaughter, who was born last September - and is coming on like a house on fire, fantastic - is called Kaleesi Rainbow Blueberry Jasmine Akrill. I said that by the time she has written her name at the top of an examination paper the exam will be finished!!!!!! She is absolutely adorable but they still aren't sure just which of her names they will be calling her. At the moment she is Blueberry.
No idea where they got the names from but that is their choice and not up to me to tell them they are not appropriate names.
Mavis x

Re: Judging people by their names
I just had to add this name to the list
Bernie my best friend, recently retired from Barclay's bank
Bernie had a merchant naval client who used the name
Fuk Yu Tu
He refused to change it, and was totally unaware of the connotations
Life does have it's joyous and heart warming moments -don't you think

We have a good friend in the US who used to be in the probationary service he told us many of the most hilarious names people had. I must ask him as I've forgotten most but one that's always stuck in my mind was Placenta Smith

In the 2006 Bond film 'Casino Royale', Tom So played a character called 'Fukutu'
