Much calmer in Anglesey this morning, but still frisky.

Still frisky at your age Merv :D

Yes' and I bet you'll be using the same currier as I use for Keefy chocolates?
I thought that they had gone out of business due to the high level of claims for non delivery

The reason I went out of business was that unlike the other Cruise forums I delivered too, this forum seemed to have it in for me :o

Still blowing here but subsiding …ordered three panels this morning which are being delivered Wednesday… let me know if you are around to help me slot them in?

Foxy said he'd give you a hand. How a single hand is going to help I don't know.

We took a fair old battering on the north Devon coast.
We have guttering down and neighbours have roof damage.
Loads of fences and trees down.
The entire house is covered in sea salt.
I’ve hosed and cleaned the back down today and will do the front and guttering tomorrow, assuming no more strong wind.
This storm was definitely the worst we’ve had since we’ve lived here.

I'm just thankful our roof stayed on this time around...this to my memory is the worst storm I can remember for it's longevity of consistently strong winds.

I think it was very varied, we got away quite lightly, as far as wind and rain was concerned. We have certainly experienced far worse storms over the years, but, strangely since global warming commenced, storms in our area have been less severe.
