Log in issues

I'm now having log in problems almost every time I come to the board. This morning, and it's getting to be every time I attempt to log in, I type in my User Name and then my Password. I then get told my form is invalid and I should try again. So I type in exactly the same details and I think every time then I get in. It doesn't make sense. This always using my laptop. I never try to log in on my phone. Any ideas what is happening?

I blame Trump. I gets runs where I have to log in every time, though it's normally straightforward, then runs when I don't. I've given up trying to understand it because I'm doing nothing different. It's on my phone, never an issue on my PC, but my phone is on the same WiFi as the PC so not an IP thing as far as I can see.

The problem these days with all fora is the AI bots scraping the boards for all their data and as much as anyone tries to stop they persist in continuing.
