On yer bike, Ray. I do 11 miles, including putting a bet on in 50 minutes…I now have the lung capacity of a Blue Whale and the leg strength of an Elephant…I’ve just exceeded 800 miles on the Yellow Peril and that’s stopping off for a few Mars Bars along the way.
