Al I wanted was someone at the Bluewater store to tell me if a particular range of furniture was available in store to see and try out to save wasting travelling an 80 mile round trip.
Now you would think that would be pretty straight forward wouldn't you, phone store, speak to someone and be put through to the correct department. Oh no, that would be too easy. Let's make life difficult as possible instead.
So I try the so called 'customer service number' provided. No help, with a reply from Ms Patel of 'I am customer service for clothing only and I don't know my a*rse from my elbow'. After my frustration increasing and asking to be put through to someone who COULD assist I finally spoke to Ms Patels's sister who was more helpful and gave me the information required. Now here's the funny bit, I said this phone line is bad with Ms Patel2 saying 'sorry about that, it maybe because I am calling from South Africa'

I thought afterwards I hope she wasn't talking about a Bluewater store in South Africa, I might have to pack my tooth brush and blunderbuss
