I spent most of my time measuring to scale the floor of a hall in a stately home. I have no nails left
They did give me an Easter egg though

Great to see my brother after 3 years.. But rest of week miserable with sore throat , achey everything and cold sore to boot!!! But hubbie took me for a drive to New Forest and Southampton today and lunch at Bucklers Hard which was nice and beginning to feel better, plus with Gerard Butler on Ant & Decs Saturday Night Takeaway - things are looking good

Hi Graham,
I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good time.
I can't really remember what I did - we were on our own, quite quiet really. I bought husband a new camera and then we booked a cruise - and that's about it.

Back to work to two weeks' backlog, network server failures, losing my voice on Wednesday, down with a fever in the evening, had to take Thursday off, recovered sufficiently to go back on Friday. The first week of the month is my busiest time, so this was not good.

Fantastic. On board Azura on the way back from Caribbean. Sun, sea, lots of food and wine. No shopping for food, washing up or cleaning. Absolute bliss.

Booked a cruise for my mum, went to the Shakedown in Sarfend, and then went to work for the rest of the week. Got to pay for the next cruise somehow.

Finally - we've finished 'building' our greenhouse - and the first two tomato plants are duly installed!

We had a lovely Easter in North Wales with our friends Virginia and Graham. They live near the Llanberis Pass so we went up there and then down to Bangor etc. On the Sunday we went over to Anglesey (my father was stationed there in 1964 - 1966 at RAF Valley), didn't recognise it at all, not much of it left, made me feel very sad as we had such a good time there. We had a fabulous meal and then left for home. No easter eggs but plenty of food, wine and good entertainment, what else could you wish for.

Very quiet and exactly as intended ... the family could see friends who need to travel on Bank Holidays whereas we can slot in at any weekend.
Keep smiling, it's good for your well being
