Many thanks for your (mostly!!) kind birthday wishes. You make a happy man feel very old!!

It was very much a carry on as you are day - gym in the morning then spent the afternoon watching the short programme pairs skating and a meeting in the evening. However next week we are having a day in Glasgow, a quick shopping trip. I go as much for the train ride as any shops since I will be around them in a flash but I know my wife likes browsing. If I can find somewhere comfy to sit I'm quite happy.

Good news thouh - I won a bottle of Talisker so happy days!!!
