I stink...but what a lovely day

Unread post by Admiral of the Humber »

Dear Forumeers,

I have been wearing the same clothes for 15 hours.

I smell.

I got up early (5pm) to make sure Mrs and Miss AOTH were up in time for Miss AOTH's ice skating lesson.

I went and played a round of golf.

I then went up to Soiled Nighties new Bat Cave to help him shift some furniture.

I came home and gave Miss AOTH a lift to the cricket club where she's tea girl.

I spent the rest of the afternoon gardening.

I dug the BBQ out of the shed for the first time in three years and cooked our tea.

I drunk 4 cans of Stella.

I stink. I need a shower.

I have had a great day.

I hope you have too.

Regards
Rob aka AOTH

You seem to have done an awful lot since teatime - or did you mean 5AM

Can you kindly not post on here until after you have showered or Ray Scully's neighbours will be complaining about the smell :lolno:

I haven't done anything like as much as you, Rob, yet I'm a tad fragrant myself....

I think it's something to do with that strange yellow thing in the sky....

Hey Ho

That's very unfortunate, Mr Giant sir, but you've done your part so no shame on you.

Hey Ho
I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark here Giant. Were you winding up Mr Gordon by any chance?

I think Helen's going to have to trawl the membership list to see who the most recent joiners are!

Giant didn't say it wasn't Philip, just denied winding him up. It could be Degsy of course, someone may have sat on one of his hatboxes and put him in a fury.

This has now gone way off topic and to prevent any unpleasantness I think that it would be prudent to lock this topic
