I have not spent a lot of time on the site for a few days. However catching up this afternoon I find reference to quite a number of posts being deleted over the past few days.
Well! I can happily say I don't recall a single incident when one of my posts were deleted, despite many being considered controversial. In the words of William Carlos Williams, “It is not what you say that matters but the manner in which you say it; there lies the secret of the ages.”

Sometimes though, when I am in a hurry or trying to do too many things at once, I do a post and then add a smiley - and have then log myself out, and the blasted post never gets posted!

I can just be so daft sometimes! But yes, this forum is fine, just dandy.

Now then - can I actually remember to post this correctly?
