Ivy girl. Can't access the site

Can anyone help ivy girl , pat tells me she can't access the site? Clearly I can, just as well face book keeps people in touch...can anyone in admin help ?

she cant get her password accepted.... shes tried all sorts of things I have her email if somebody wants to contact her or maybe admin can see it on her file .. she thought she might have been thrown off for some odd reason... as it dosnt regonise her user name or password

Passwords are case sensitive so she is probably using a B instead of a b else an I rather than a 1.

I suggest that she selects by clicking else enters her userid and then clicks on the ' I have forgotten my password ' option within the Login display ... and then to use the password that will be sent to her registered e-mail address.

If ivygirl is still having problems then could she use the "Contact Admin" link on the main page and I will sort it out for her
