Wondered how you got on with the Great North - couldn't believe the awful weather you had
did your knee hold up OK?Have got 5 weeks to go today until mine and fortunately training is going well now - managed to do 7 miles today with no ill affects with my knee afterwards
To be honest I won't mind if it is a bit overcast and maybe a light rain for us as that's nice to run in. Just hoping its not a baking hot day, chucking it down with rain - or worse still snowing
