David, Why is it that when I occasionally have to re-sign into the system that despite correctly using my ID and password the system says I have exceeded my sign in attempts, and I have to go through the extra security question.

It sometimes happens if you have auto login enabled and you have your browser open in the background. If it is any consolation it happens to me as well.

It's treating me even worse and won't accept my answer to the additional security question.
