, but please take a little time to let David know the reason for your action ... I personally think that would be a nice gesture.

That's a shame Em but as MOB says to let David know your reasons would be a nice gesture.

TBH I don't particularly understand why anyone would make an announcement .. if I wanted to leave the forum ( for whatever reason ) I would just leave quietly I might pm a few people to let them know but that would be it.

Enjoy your cruising and who knows I may well see you in QG one of these days.

Sorry to hear this Em. Has somebody upset you or something? I don't keep up with all the postings now but it is a shame if you are leaving because of any bullying or anything.
