I love Star Trek. There I've admitted it - don't mock, I grew up with the original series, happily moved on to The Next Generation and embraced Voyager and Deep Space Nine. We don't talk about Enterprise - big mistake.

Mr Spock was of course my favourite character.

Only a month short of his 84th birthday, he departed having had a long and successful career that brought enjoyment to millions: - so it can truly be said that he did 'Live long and prosper'!
