2015 X factor

Unread post by Onelife »

The X factor is a bit like marmite you either love it or hate however, for me if the first two shows are anything to go then l shall be enjoying ample helpings of both over the coming weeks as the talent so far as been outstanding.

I absolutely loved Sean Miley More...not just because he has the most fantastic vocals but he struck me as a man who was completely at ease with who he wanted to be. I haven't as yet placed my tenner on any one artist but this chap looks a good bet to reach the final...you heard it here first.

I also enjoyed 4th power and Lauren Murray.

Anyone else watching what has the potential to be the best series yet?

Right l'm off to make me some marmite on toast....l just love it

Oops...just scroll down until you come to the clip..."The show must go on"

Love Marmite, not so keen on reality TV

But then, we don't watch any Soaps either so we are often told we are weird.

Happy to be weird

Never been an X Factor fan and there's nothing about the new series to tempt me.

In fact Nick Grimshaw has exactly the opposite effect on me.

Hi Barney/Mr Merv...I wouldn't say I'm into TV reality programs either in fact I absolutely detest programs such as Big Sister and Get Me out of There. As for the soaps.. the last one's I watched were Crossroads and Dickson of Dock Green

I can't say I particularly like the format of the X factor but it is what it is and at the end of the day it normally throws up a few talented artists who go on to better things.

Bit of a juggling act tonight with Strictly and X Factor overlapping each other. Record one while watching the other.

Yes, a very difficult choice. How can I ignore both at the same time?

Could never understand if being photogenic was a compliment (ie you're not as good looking as you appear in the photo!)

I didn't think there were any stand out performances tonight so I think the 12/1 about Seann Miley Moore's looks a fair bet to give me a good run for my money

If I could get a bet on who won't be presenting the X factor next year than my money would be on Caroline Flack...completely out of her depth in my opinion

Probably under pressure having to nip out and do her last-year-winner dance on Strictly between acts.

Watched the elimination stages tonight in which Seann Miley Moore sailed through to the next round, this leaves him just one round short of making the final twelve. I can't see pass Miley winning the final so I'm off to the bookies tomorrow to round my stake up to £50.

If voters are prepared to look beyond his flamboyant life style and judge him on his phenomenal vocals then this is going to be the easiest £600 quid I've made all year  :D

With my hope Sean Miley Moore through to the next round and his price having been slashed from 12/1 into 5/1 (second fav) one would think l would be a very happy chappie....well l ain't, the reason being Nick plonker Grimshaw has been given the boys category. He hasn't bothered to turn up for the last couple of auditions and now the voting public are none to pleased with him....hence the reason he'll soon be reciving hate mail... l haven't got round to posting it yet.

My man Seann would have been home for all money with any of the other judges now he's saddled with this plonker.

How unfair is that?

I thought it was the public who had voted which Judge had which category this year, also thought reason NG had not been to last two judging sessions was because he had prior arranged radio broadcasts prior to have been chosen as a judge.

Personally I prefer him any day to LW, hope your boy is not the one who has a major argument with SC at the 6 chairs challenge and gets thrown off the show.

My favourite is the male ex backing singer cannot remember his name.

Wish you luck with your bet, my betting is x factor will still get trounced by SCD when the total viewing figures are announced at the end of both series.

Hi Delboy,

You are right it, it was the public who got to pick the group judges although l think it was only those holding a twitter acount that actually got to vote.

You are also right about Nick the plonker having prior engagements which is why the producers of the X factor have made a cock-up in offering him the job in the first place. From my betting perspective you not only need a great singer but you also need the voting public to like the performers judge and from what l have read that doesn't appear to be the case.... there are even rumours that LW may come back as 5th judge.

There are some great talented singers this year but Sean Miley Moore has that something special....l would even go as far as saying he could go on to become the next international superstar.... We shall see :)

Regards

Keith

There were two or three that I questioned how they had actually made it to boot camp let alone the elimination stages. Simone Cowell also said as much.

Sorry to say Sean has departed, but Anton is still there.

Think Rita Ora chickened out, Sean definitely won the sing off.

Anyone got a tissue?

What a complete farce the x factor has become. Seann Miley Moore being voted off tonight has just about hailed the final death knell to a show that has completely lost its way. The fact that the voting public couldn't look beyond their own prejudices can be the only reason this uniquely talented artists is all dressed up with nowhere to go.

Yeah! And don't any of you get thinking that the losing of £50 is the reason I'm in need of a tissue....however a small donation to the onelife cruise appeal would be very much appreciated..thank you! :)

To say I'm gutted for Seann Miley Moore is an understatement..but at least I won't have to watch the stupid program ever again.
