Jayell and myself on behalf of our good friend JeanW would just like to let her friends know that sadly her lovely husband Michael passed away very suddenly on Tuesday.

They should have been joining Oriana on Wednesday and were so looking forward to it, I know they were hoping to meet some of our members on the cruise which sadly won’t happen now.

I have just spent the afternoon with Jean and she would like me to thank everyone for their kind messages.

DQ - Thank you for the e-mail. have sent an e-mail to Jean. Hope she is managing to cope with all that needs doing at this very difficult sad time. I know she has your friendship to help but it must have been so devastating for her as it has been for all who felt they knew Jean and Michael. My thoughts have been with her and I do hope she is looking after herself as well. She needs her strength as I am sure you will know and make sure she does eat. I do wish I had managed to meet you all when we came to Chesterfield last year for two days.

Our deepest sympathy, prayers and thoughts go out to Jean.
