Feedback on The Cruise Village

Unread post by dnipsco »

So we are about to book our first cruise. Does anyone have any feedback good or bad on booking through The Cruise Village?

I've booked our last four cruises through them as they give a bit of their commission back therefore being a tad cheaper.

I've never had an issue, but having said that, I've never asked them to do very much.

I've always known exactly what I want, so they've just followed my instructions.

Good luck and welcome to the forum

Have used them in the past with no problems and, as Barney says, they should be prepared to give a bit of extra discount as well, maybe up to 5% on P&O if you play hard ball, less on other cruise lines that don't give them as much commission.

Used them almost exclusively for 17 years or so, used to be called Savensail. Always happy with their service, and the one time we did have an issue with a cruise line, they sorted it.

Thanks all, just wanted a sense check. They're offering a good deal. (NCL).
