RIP Tessa Jowell

What sad news today.
Such a lovely lady .

I felt very sad when I heard this. Such a brave speech in the house of lords.

Very sad indeed. She always came across as fair and reasonable, in fact far too nice to be a politician.

To me, even though I'm not a Labour supporter, she came across as that rare thing, a really pleasant, honest politician who was really in it to make a difference to people's lives and she was the driving force behind the 2012 Olympics. A very brave lady.
