Wine discount at Tesco
I'm sure many of us have taken up the wine offer at Tesco buy 6 bottles get 25% off.
I had various vouchers to use today and needed a minimum spend to activated them so I had 10 bottles in my trolley.
On going through the checkout the cashier says you have 10 bottles if you buy 2 more the discount will be 50%.
There was a queue so I thanked her but said I didn't want to hold up the other shoppers. She sent someone to bring me the 2 bottles and we checked out.
It was very kind of her to tell me, I had never heard of this before.
Just wondering am I the only one not to know this !!
50% !!! Never seen it advertised.
Nice have plenty of stock now.

I’d stick with that cashier. If you’d bought another 12 would it have been free? (4 x 25 =100%).
Doubt it but worth a try

Not in Sainsbugs it ain't but you can get a reduced priced bottle of wine plus another 25% deducted if buying any six wines during the period the offer is running.
Watch out for the Tesco voucher type that offers £7 off if you spend £50 as these have a notice on the back advising that alcohol is excluded.
ps … I bet your cashier didn't get a GCSE in Maths

That's what it said in the back of my voucher, but I would have got the 25% off. I have looked at my till receipt and it came off as 25% then on the next line 25% off the exact same total.
Maybe it was my lucky day.
Have a good weekend all.
We have to suffer the radio 1 and 2 shows this weekend at Singleton park.
