Friday Night....
.. Well the holiday is well and truly over, a manic week as my boss setup loads of meetings and video conferences for me
But now it is Friday - made it to the end of the week without upping the stress levels and just waiting for Steve to get home and the off to the pub to meet some friends - a Friday night ritual...... A nice quite weekend on the cards me-thinks as it is going to be cold...
What plans have you got for this (predicted to be) very cold weekend?

I have lit the fire and we have a pile of logs at the ready
We are dining out with friends tomorrow evening and then we have visitors for the following couple of days ... busy, busy, busy but not too busy to Moderate from time to time, if required

I'm not planning on putting a foot outside , the fridge is well stocked as is the wine cellar
( aka the garage ) it was trying to snow here in Derbyshire earlier so I expect it is going to be a very cold weekend.

Re: Friday Night....
We have just delivered our granddaughter back to her parents after looking after for the half term week. Love to have her stay but what bliss to have our home back to normal. A nice child free meal and a bottle wine. Tomorrow we are out dancing and Sunday will be spent relaxing.

Re: Friday Night....
Looking forward to an early start working at the Wimborne Tivoli Theatre
Get the Prodata started for the girls, clear the overnight on line ticket queue
Then a Mr Spoons full English with a strong coffee pot at The Man in the Wall bang opposite the Tiv
BTW the movie Quartet was a huge success, and a good story
Be back next Tuesday
A pleasant W/E to you all
Graham

Re: Friday Night....
Our new kitchen should have been finished today - but the fitters are coming back tomorrow to finish off a few things, so most of the weekend will be spent replacing everything. Having been ill for 10 days, I suspect I'll only be able to do a bit at a time, so it might take a while.

A skittles evening tonight, which are always fun - with a sausage and chip supper (good thing I went to the gym this morning!)
The highlight of the weekend will be Sunday Lunch tomorrow when we share celebrations for the 50th Wedding Anniversary of a lovely couple who don't seen anywhere near old enough to have been married for 50 years.
