In Tesco this morning and they had hand soap on offer £1.90 each or two for £1.80!!

Obviously as I only needed one I did not take them up on the offer

Yesterday in Tesco they had cauliflowers at £1 each or three for £1!!!!!

I thought that this potential wastage of food was something that the supermarkets were working to reduce - not encourage.

Were the cauliflowers so small that you would need to cook all three together to make a decent size helping?

Nope - they were, for once, quite big - more than enough for the two of us (and we eat a lot of veg!)

In our local pharmacy. Roll on deodorant in a brand I favour. £2.29 each or 2 for £2. Of course I'm not going to admit I'm smelly enough to buy 2.
