Thanks for the heads up and the link David. I've checked and fortunately Trish's iPad charger plug is the okay type.

Apparently it's easy to check. Just take a firm grip and if your hair stands on end and starts smouldering you need a new one.

Phone chargers are notorious for being a fire hazard. Never leave them swithced on continuously and certainly not unattended.
