decline cabin upgrade

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to decline cabin upgrade on the new P&O site ?
It was quite simple on the previous one but I cannot find it on this version.

Use Bolsover cruise club then you don't need to go anywhere near P&Os useless website.

I’ve got one booked with P&O and one booked with Cruise Village.
The latter clearly shows a request to no ‘upgrade’ but I booked the former direct on the website.
There doesn’t appear to be the facility too block an upgrade.
If this forum proves fruitless, I’ll give them a call.

They may take some time to answer but I suspect it would be a lot quicker than waiting for n answer on here.

Well, I eventually remembered to call P&O and was through pretty quickly.
Spoke with a charming lady who sorted it in a heartbeat.
Good service
It does appear that the no upgrade facility has got lost somewhere when they updated their website.
