Forum rules/ t&cs of use?
Having mentioned the forum rules in a couple of threads I thought I'd have another look at them - but can't see them anywhere.
Anyone know where they are hidden?

The clue is in the name "Forum rules" at the top of each forum

No matter ... I still can't find the edit button, should be next to the Quote / Report ones but how to turn it on ???
