Energy Saving etc...

Is anyone else being inundated with phone calls offering energy saving "advice" or loft insulation? :thumbdown: I am getting two or three almost every day :evil:

On the point of this new foam loft insulation I was reading the other day that some mortgage lenders will not make a loan on houses with it installed as it cannot be guaranteed to have been installed correctly. Someone had to spend £4k to have it removed before they could sell their house (allegedly)

We have, unusually, had a number of calls which we did not answer on the basis that we and/or the phone didn't recognise the numbers. None were repeated so I assumed scam else wrong number.

The dialing codes show Corwen, Malmesbury and Reading.

That’s the beauty of Sky Shield, it blocks these sort of calls.

They told me there were serious health implications with the current fibreglass insulation.

We've not had any calls. And we try not to eat the existing insulation.
